Fill, press, drink
Once it is charged there is one button. The first time, run a cycle with plain water and pour it away to rinse the cell — after that it is the same three steps every day.

Bottled, filtered, or boiled and cooled — below 60°C, and not over the fill line. Never juice or any other drink.

One press starts a 5-minute cycle, two presses a 10-minute one. You will hear a beep and the LED comes on; the display counts down.

That is the end of the cycle. The bottle powers off by itself.

A small molecule with a surprising number of trials behind it
Since a 2007 paper showed hydrogen gas acting as a selective antioxidant, hydrogen-rich water has been tested in randomized trials on exercise fatigue, oxidative stress, sleep and metabolic health. Questions people ask before they buy
What is hydrogen water?
Ordinary drinking water with molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas dissolved into it. The bottle makes it by electrolysis: a small current splits some of the water, and the hydrogen it releases dissolves into what you drink. It tastes like water, because it is.
How much hydrogen does it make?
A 10-minute cycle reaches roughly 6,000 to 8,000 ppb (parts per billion) of dissolved hydrogen in 300 ml of water. That is the range used in most of the published trials we link to below.
What water can I use?
Clean drinking water only: bottled, filtered, or boiled and cooled, below 60°C. Never juice, tea, coffee or anything else — they foul the electrolysis membrane.
Does hydrogen water keep?
No. Dissolved hydrogen escapes over time, so drink it as soon as the cycle finishes rather than making a batch for later. That is the whole reason the bottle makes it on demand.
Is it safe?
Hydrogen at these concentrations is inert and has been used in clinical trials without notable side effects. It is a wellness tool, not a medical treatment — if you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first. One practical rule: let the pressure settle before running a second cycle, or the lid can stick.
