Infrared Sauna Blanket
A full-body far-infrared sauna blanket you zip yourself into, for a deep sweat at home without giving up a room to a sauna. A single heating zone warms the whole blanket, adjustable up to 80°C from the handheld controller, with a 5 to 60 minute timer and automatic shut-off. The interior is waterproof and wipes clean after a session, and the blanket folds down into the carry bag it comes with. It measures 180 x 180 cm unfolded, closing to roughly 165 cm of interior circumference once zipped.

How to Use
- Lay the blanket flat on a bed, sofa or floor, with no wrinkles in it. A yoga mat underneath and a pillow for your head make it more comfortable.
- Put on light, breathable clothing that covers your skin, socks included, and take off any metal jewellery.
- Connect the blanket to the controller, then plug the controller into the power. Keep the controller off the blanket and on a heat-resistant surface.
- Press the power button to switch the controller on.
- Set the temperature. Start at 60 to 70°C and work up towards the 80°C maximum as you get used to it.
- Set the timer, and keep the session to 50 minutes or less.
- Get in and zip up. If you feel overheated at any point, unzip and end the session early.
- Afterwards, unplug the blanket and leave it laid flat until it has cooled completely — folding it while it is still hot can damage it.
- Wipe the inside with a soft cloth and a gentle, non-corrosive cleaner, then store it folded in the carry bag.
