Red Light Therapy Blanket & Mattress
A full-body red light therapy mat you lie on, and a zip-up blanket version that folds over you so the light reaches both sides at once. Both use the same 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared LEDs and the same handheld controller: five brightness levels, a 10 to 60 minute timer, and constant, 10Hz or 40Hz pulsed modes. The mattress is a single 180 x 80 cm panel with 1,120 LEDs at 100W; the blanket measures 180 x 180 cm and doubles that to 2,240 LEDs at 220W, treating front and back in one session. Both fold down flat and travel in the carry bag they come with.

How to Use
- Unfold the mat on a bed or on the floor, with the LED surface facing up.
- Connect the mat to the controller, then the controller to the adaptor and the power.
- Put on the goggles supplied, or plan to keep your eyes closed and turned away from the LEDs.
- Lie down on the mat. With the blanket, fold or zip the top half over you so both sides light up.
- Press and hold the power button to switch the controller on.
- Set a session length on the timer, from 10 to 60 minutes.
- Choose a brightness level from P1 to P5, and a mode: constant, 10Hz pulse or 40Hz pulse.
- Start at around 11 to 14 minutes on a low level and build up towards 30 as you get used to it.
- Drink water before and after, and aim for three to six sessions a week.
