Red light therapy panel
A red light therapy panel for use at home, built around a dense array of red and near-infrared LEDs. Four sizes run from the compact Panel S for targeted areas up to the full-body Panel XXL — 60 to 900 LEDs, 110W to 1260W. The entry Panel S emits at 660nm and 850nm; the three larger sizes add further wavelengths across the red and near-infrared range. Controls for timing and mode sit on the panel itself, the LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours, and every size measures 0.0 µT EMF at 6 cm.

How to Use
- Stand or sit with the area you want to treat about 6 inches (15 cm) from the panel.
- Put on eye protection, or plan to keep your eyes closed and turned away — the light is very bright, though it emits no UV.
- Set a session length on the panel's timer and choose a mode.
- Hold the position for the whole session, keeping the distance steady.
- Move the panel to the next area if you are treating more than one.
- Start with shorter sessions and build up. Consistency matters more than length: daily, or four to five times a week, is the usual routine.
